ABOUT CRAG 2 RAPID

Set up in 2022 by Adam Waddell, Crag 2 Rapid's aim is to help progress your future in the Outdoors, whether it is personal skills development or a career as an instructor. With over 10 years instructing experience specialising in the outdoor education sector, we are keen to utilise this by providing for your individual needs. Whether it is bespoke coaching or one of our courses.

Coach

Adam

White water coach and rock climbing instructor, with over 10 years experience instructing with a variety of different environments and disciplines. Adam uses his experience in the outdoors as an operational member of Mountain Rescue supporting the wider outdoor community. Outside of work he can be found testing his skills on the rivers and crags whenever possible.

Instructor

Bryony

Bryony has over 20 years paddling experience across a range of disciplines, competing in both sprint and marathon kayaking. Bryony is currently developing her skills within white water and trad climbing. She has experienced first hand anxiety and confidence issues in the outdoors and wants to share what she has learnt to support others experiencing the same setbacks.
